Still fixing bugs within some functions.

Was working on code by copying to a different file since the old one got corrupted, had to change the name "welcome" in meny.py to "HelpMeHelpYou"
deletes resources but does not determine if it belongs to the current user logged in
html file for the function "delete_resource" in the "default" controller
allows the user to see what is level to be deleted
